Catering: We can provide the names of several caterers who work with us on events.   If you prefer, we can also work with the caterer of your choice.

Bar Service:  The River Room has a liquor license and provides all bar service.  Clients can request a Hosted Bar (host incurs all charges), a Cash Bar (guests pay), or a combination of the two.  

Guest Capacity:  The River Room's 9,000 sq. ft. ballroom can seat up to 400+ guests comfortably but can also be arranged for a much smaller event. 

Tables and Seating: The River Room has 275 Chavari chairs and 25 Black Restaurant Chairs, twenty-six 60” round tables and several 8' rectangular tables.  For larger events with more than 300 people, additional chairs and tables must be rented from a rental company. 

Additional Amenities: Bride’s room, 8' x 16' platform stage, a 750 sq. ft. hardwood dance floor, bar, and prep kitchen.

Sound and Presentation System: 26 speakers throughout the room, a wireless microphone, a 6-disk CD player, and a 7’ x 12’ power screen with ceiling mounted projector to show Power Point presentations or slide shows.  Use of these items is included in the facility rental price. 

Accessibility: The facility is fully handicap accessible with an elevator, and parking is located both east and south of the building.

The River Room is a tobacco free facility.  Smoking is allowed on the 1st floor covered porch.
